45% of adults in the region still lack access to formal financial services (World Bank, 2023). In LATAM and the Caribbean, only 22.3% of adults have a credit card, compared to over 60% in high-income countries.
Health & Wellness
In countries like Peru, only 2 out of 10 people with mental health disorders receive proper treatment (OMS, 2022). 65% of adults in LATAM do not meet the minimum physical activity recommended (OMS, 2022).
